Yes. There's no need for banker's cheques. A personal cheque is more than enough. Make sure it is made out in the name of Charla & Walid Halabi, not Paris Pied-à-Terre. And if yours is a different currency from the euro, then please send the rough equivalent in your currency of whatever euro amount the lease agreement stipulates.

The security cheque is required 60 days BEFORE your check-in date. There's really no need to send it by Fedex or special courrier. Regular mail is perfectly fine.
