Despite the latest increases in property prices, Paris remains much cheaper then either London and New York, and it is an excellent place to invest in real estate. Though this fractional ownership is to be considered as a lifestyle investment, we have run some simulations that show that -- assuming a modest yearly increase in Parisian real estate prices -- you can still probably make a reasonable return on your investment within 10-15 years... and have fun enjoying your investment.
